Job Description
1. Support to provide and implement effective credit risk assessment to mitigate credit risk to improve loan quality.
2. Provide technical and competent advice on credit issues to the manager.
3. Assist review credit/loan policy to address the varied needs of clients while meeting all regulatory requirements.
4. Undertake loan appraisal and reviews (Salary, Pension Susu, Commercial, Agric, Group etc).
5. Assess clients' financial status and evaluate creditworthiness and risks.
6. Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates.
7. Analyze risks and recommend approval or rejection of loan requests.
8. Ensure loan recovery and monitoring.
9. Maintain updated records of loan applications.
10. Report preparation (Monthly Susu report, BOG collateral report, Quarterly classification etc).
11. Call report.
12. Any other duties assigned from time to time.
