Role Purpose

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director to ensure a smooth execution of all daily activities. Provide administrative and logistical support, follow up on relevant reports, manage all PR and payment requirements, effectively manage administrative tasks, manage schedules and office documents, and other tasks related to facilitating the administrative component of the Director’s activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • -Administrative Support
  • -Ensure smooth and effective execution of all daily activities and to do’s of the Director by managing time and tasks effectively, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, following-up on incomplete tasks and aligning key deliverables.
  • -Provide administrative and logistical support by proactively ordering and categorizing digital and physical paperwork, ensuring this is fully accessing and findable for all relevant staff.
  • -Continuously follow-up on relevant reports, agendas, minutes and projects in the pipeline.
  • -Effectively manage a diverse range of administrative tasks (e.g. correspondences, agendas, logistics, finances, PRs, payments etc…) in order to provide a smooth schedule and enhance the office work efficiency.
  • -Manage schedules and organize meetings according to the Director’s and teams request and proactively follow-up on re-scheduling and other minor irregularities.
  • -Assist in coordinating communications and thus nurturing the relationship with government entities, stakeholders, delegations, and visitors by arranging meetings and organizing business trips and events.
  • -Assist in coordinating communications with all DCT business partners by arranging meetings and sharing relevant agendas, minutes and updated reports.
  • -Methodically manage office documents and records and ensure that all documents are securely stored and protected.
  • Draft letters and official correspondences as per the direction of the direct manager.
  • -Co-ordinate and support all approved missions and visiting guests/stakeholders, in collaboration with Finance, Travel and Hospitality colleagues.
  • -Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Experience

  • -Language: Full professional English in speaking and writing
  • -Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • -High level of competency in relevant software applications
  • -Administrative skills and attention to detail
  • -Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner

+ Develop theories that explain how and why people behave the way they do.
+ Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to integrate behavioral data with other HR data sources for comprehensive analysis.
**Applying research findings to solve problems, drive actions, and develop new products**
+ Communicate research findings and insights to HR stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner, using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
+ Collaborate with HR teams to develop evidence-based strategies and interventions to improve employee engagement, well-being, and performance.
+ Use research findings to influence the design of products and services, and policies that promote well-being and social change
+ Design and develop surveys to support behavioral research, new insights, and drive action.
+ Build a portfolio of pre-designed survey templates to support the business in self-serving and democratize behavioral science capabilities.
**Collaborating and advising**
+ Provide guidance and support to HR teams in designing and implementing behavioral science experiments and interventions.
+ Lead and facilitate workshops or training sessions to educate teams on behavioral science concepts and their application.
+ Collaborate with external consultants or researchers for specialized behavioral science projects or expertise, as needed.

+ A master's or doctoral degree in behavioral science, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in applying behavioral science principles and methodologies in an organizational context.
+ Experience with experimental design, survey development, and data collection methods.

The successful candidate will play a key role in bamboo species scouting, ecosystem assessment, and community engagement while ensuring adherence to certification and sustainability standards.RESPONSIBILITIES Field Scouting & Resource Assessment

Conduct routine field visits to scout and evaluate both wild and cultivated bamboo stands.

Identify various bamboo species and assess their maturity, health, and harvesting potential.

Use GPS tools to map bamboo sites and maintain accurate, geotagged data records.

Monitor the growth cycles and ecological status of bamboo in selected areas.

Community Engagement & Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with local farmers, traditional leaders, landowners, and forestry officials.

Foster long-term relationships with rural communities to promote sustainable bamboo harvesting practices.

Build and support farmer cooperatives in partnership with external NGOs and certification bodies.

Sustainability & Certification Compliance
