**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**

+ Strong Electrical Bias & Technical Expertise: Proficiency in working on gensets and Power Command controls is essential. You'll need a solid understanding of electrical systems to diagnose and repair faults effectively.
+ Proficiency with Diagnostic Tools & Software: You should be skilled in using electronic service tools to troubleshoot issues, interpret results, and determine appropriate service actions-ensuring accurate and efficient repairs.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
+ Operate and Maintain steam generation plants and other utilities equipment such as compressed air, refrigeration and water treatment plants.
+ Carryout water quality tests and control deviations.

+ Provide data and information to support operations and maintenance management.

+ Minimum of mechanical/electrical engineering technician Part III or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience boiler operations and maintenance.Bachelor's degree or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Trade or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience boiler operations and maintenance

+ Excellent knowledge of Biomass boiler plant operation and maintenance will be an added advantage.
+ Good working knowledge of compressors, Chillers and water treatment system.

- Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed

**Candidate Profile**
- Associate's Degree in related field with more than seven years of experience (with at least two years of Progressive Management Experience) preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop action plans, which maximize performance, and provide effective feedback
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes; establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal
- Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion while maintaining professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment

**What will I be doing?**
As an Assistant Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel, daily, maintenance checks, and repairing mechanical equipment to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
