RESPONSIBILITIES Operations ManagementOversee and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Monitor daily sales performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards in line with local regulations.
Financial & Business ManagementSupport budget preparation, cost control, and revenue management strategies to optimize profitability.
Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and stock usage to reduce waste and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Analyze sales trends and prepare operational and financial performance reports for management review.
Customer Experience & Quality AssuranceMaintain a guest-centric culture focused on service excellence and personalized experiences.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Ensure consistent presentation, service quality, and adherence to menu and beverage standards.
Team Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to build a motivated and service-oriented team.
Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and skill development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Strategic & Brand SupportCollaborate with senior management on business development, marketing initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
Support menu planning, pricing strategies, and product innovation in coordination with the culinary team.
Uphold the restaurant’s brand image and ensure alignment with the organization’s overall vision and values.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in restaurant or hospitality management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations and lead diverse teams.
Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, cost control, and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in restaurant management systems (POS), Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.
