Job Description

  • The Station Manager is to ensure on-time performance of all domestic, Regional and international flights, transit passenger, baggage, cargo and aircraft activities with the highest standard of service and efficiency rendered to passengers and customers of the airlines with safety, security and on-time departure being top priority.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all aspects of the station’s operations ensuring safe, punctual, efficient and smooth operations.

Sales Management:

Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Marketing Management:
Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional platforms.

Oversee the development of marketing materials, including content, graphics, and promotional items.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Manage social media platforms, website content, and online presence.

Coordinate with product development and other departments to align strategies.

Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing reports.

Use analytics to assess campaign performance and ROI.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO, CRM systems, etc.).
