Warehouse Manager (Beverage Manufacturing)

Job Description

Our client is a leading carbonated drink manufacturer in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in managing warehouse and logistics operations in beverage manufacturing is must.

Responsible for loading, unloading and shipping execution.

Communicate with Sales Head for daily orders, Execute orders, Execute Loading the orders in trucks for loading. Prepare a document for loading .(Way bill etc/Gate pass/ invoicing)

Coordinate with the Production department for Stock transfer from production floor to Warehouse.

Handling all subordinates- shift supervisors/logistic/transport supervisors.

Communicate with Transporters and arrange trucks for hiring and also coordinate for company vehicles for smooth operation.

Coordinate with Forklift /Fleet management supervisor for day to day requirements.

Reports to Sales head for day to day operational activity and for documentation with accounts department.

Key Skills:

Any Graduate with 7-10 years of experience who has worked in beverage manufacturing company will be a good fit.

Good Communication skills with knowledge in SAP/Tally ERP is must.
