Full Job Description

HND or higher2 years work experienceGood communication skills

  • Scheduling flights based on customer needs and available flights, including checking weather site and making changes as needed

  • Collaborate from customers to answer questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules

  • Collecting payment from customers for airline tickets, comprising cash, credit card transactions, checks, or in orders

  • Entering user information into a computer system to issue tickets alternatively update files
