Full Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

We seek a strategic and creative content creator who willserve as the face front of the foundation. The content creator will act as theprimary point of contact in Ghana and will be responsible for the creation andcapturing of content works and showcasing them on the various social platforms.

The content creator will seek to project the image andmission goals of the foundation and also develop marketing strategies toattract audiences and execute project campaigns.

RESPONSIBILTY

1.       Developand create high and appealing contents to the various Social Media platforms.

2.      Beable to maintain and manage the social media presence of the foundation.

3.       Beable to showcase and capture meaningful contents from the agency unto the variousSocial platforms

4.       Monitorsocial media channels for industry trends. Interact with users and respond tosocial media messages, inquiries, and comments.

5.         Assist in the development and management ofsocial media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.

6.       Be acommunication bridge between the local Foundation and the International Agency

7.       Beable to write or come up with interesting but impactful storylines for thefoundation.

9.       Beable to plan marketing strategies and promote and execute campaign deals on thevarious Social Media platforms.

Qualification

• HNDor Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism or related field
  
• Proficientin the use of the various Social Media platform
  
•   Mustbe able to design websites, graphic design, and videos to create ads andamazing content and pages
  
•   Havea creative mindset
  
•   Possessstrong communication skills
  
• Havea keen awareness of the various socials and its trends.
  
• Possessgood negotiation and interpersonal skills
  
• Proven experience as asocial manager or content creator.
  
• Posses exceptionalvideography and photography skills
  
• Have good organizationalskills and the ability to multitask.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fastpace environment.
  
• Computer Proficiency.
