Validate the identity of employees and visitors: This responsibility involves verifying the identity of all individuals entering the facility by checking their IDs or other relevant documents. The Security Guard should ensure that only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry into the facility.

Implement company policies and guidelines: The Security Guard should be familiar with the company policies and guidelines and ensure that they are followed by all employees and visitors. This includes enforcing dress code policies, verifying IDs, and ensuring compliance with no smoking policies, among others.

Roving within the facility to check for possible violations: The Security Guard should move around the facility to check for any potential security breaches, such as unauthorized access or theft. They should also be vigilant and observe the behavior of individuals to identify any suspicious activity.

Operate lights, ACs, fans, and other common area amenities in a timely manner:The Security Guard should be responsible for operating and maintaining common area amenities like lights, air conditioning, and fans. They should ensure that these amenities are operational and respond to any reported malfunctions promptly.

Regularly check and log facility defects: The Security Guard should conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and report any defects such as broken windows, doors, or other physical damage to the property. They should maintain a log of these defects and report them to the relevant authorities.

Attend to alarms and sensors received: The Security Guard should respond promptly to any alarms or sensors received, investigate the cause of the alarm, and report any suspicious activity.

Guard the main access point and monitor other access points like fire exits: The Security Guard should be responsible for guarding the main access point to the facility and monitoring other access points such as fire exits to prevent unauthorized access or exits.

Real-time monitoring of CCTV: The Security Guard should monitor the CCTV system in real-time to identify any security breaches or suspicious activity. They should be able to respond to any incidents captured by the CCTV system quickly
