First Degree in Education

A well - establised school at Tema Comm 22 seeks to hire an experienced school head for their school. 


  • Must hold at least Bachelors Degree in Education or a relevant field from a recognized institution

  • Must have 10 or more years heading experience.

  • Must between the ages of 35 - 50 years

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of teaching methods and also headed a school before.

  • Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be creative and innovative.

  • Must be able to take initiative, anticipate problems and find solutions.

  • Must be ready and willing to be trained.

  • Must have very good computer and organisational skills.

  • Must live around Comm 22 and its environs
