Full Job Description
- Togetherwith our channels and potential customers formulate
and develop long term salesstrategies, build a valuable relationship
of trust and cooperation. Brandingand marketing planning to develop
sales and the market in the country as wellas market understanding of
the neighborhood countries. Organize and increasethe sales databases
aligned with the commercial strategy, after report andgeneral
alignment with LongPing team and after executing the plan
accordingly.Sales guided person, which will need to increase LongPing
market share, trainchannel and clients, understand the main
opportunities for organic growthdeveloping new potential customers
thought technical guidance and farmmanagement. Organize a client
database for future follow-ups and saleshistoric. Optimize sales
financial resources, evaluated by market share,channels and sales
increase.
- Preparetechnical materials, papers, and
research to be aligned with institutions inthe country, focusing on
the actual client’s demand, like population, row/rowdistance,
fertilizers and to identify specific technical demand and utilizethis
materials and demand understanding for training practical and
theoretical.Conduct trials in the main crops regions to prepare the
essay for National andSADC registration, preparing all documents,
paperwork and assist with all thedemanded information and documents
considering the import operations.Responsible for the trials for
registration and for development of newvarieties and hybrids
increasing our competitiveness in the SADC market.
- Comprehend market
strategies that will guarantee to LongPing brand the highest safety
market exposure for sales.
- Update registration
information from clients and distribution partners through sales
management software.
- Marketing activity
development: Design, coordinate, get approvals and plan execution.
- Responsible to manage sales input plan, delivers,
import orders, stock supervision, and maintain the seeds value
chain fluent.
- Build strong and valuable
relationship with distribution channels, end users and potential
co-clients as ethanol producers, maize flour companies, soybean
oil and beverage industries.
- Provide trainings
according to the channels demand, management skills, technical
details of LPAS products, mix between distribution channel portfolio
to establish potential strengths.
- Comprehend
and update the genetic registration data for hybrids and varieties,
guarantying quality, and quantity according to the authority’s
requirements.
- Plan and execute the trials
(advancement and technical management), assuring the technical
evaluations at the right time, creating a strong database for R&D
alignment.
- Responsible for field experimentation:
Perform manual planting and harvesting and carry out evaluations
during the crop cycle according to LPAS standards.
- Responsible to facilitate and manage the documents and follow-up
for the export operations considering all the inputs LongPing will
require.
Requirements
- Deep understanding
andexperience with cereals and Leguminous as maize, sorghum, rice, and
soybean.
- Agriculturalmarket sales experience (2-3
years).
- Good presentation skills and Advance fluency
in English
- Deep local andneighborhood countries market
understanding.
- Bachelor’s degree inAgronomy
- A Cardriver’s license
- Technical and Sales
experience and background.
