Full Job Description

age bracket of 28-32 with experience of handling channel network (distributors & retailers) in and around Accra, preferably from Construction & Building Material Industry. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (A Constructionbackground will be an added advantage)• 2+ years of proven work experience as a sales executive with an interior,design, or construction company is preferred• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems• Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills• Good Knowledge of tele and digital marketing• Computer proficiency, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Officeapplications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).• Highly organized and able to maintain Project Files to include all drawings,correspondence, quotations, and customer communications

• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.
