Full Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To acquire new businesses
and deepen existing customer relationships for the Bank’s target
market (large corporate, governmental agencies and other wholesale
clients) while providing the appropriate service standard and to
manage the customer service/relationship function to ensure the
delivery of quality customer service.
DIMENSIONS
Assists the RM to manage 30% of the department's clients
both assets and liabilities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Minimum first degree
• At
least 2 years marketing, sales, banking experience
• Ability to
write proposals for corporate clients
• Credit appreciation
skills
• Relationship Management skills
• Team building
skills
KEY RESULT AREAS
• Assists in the
implementation of the strategy for the department.
• Develops and
nurtures strategic relationships with the Clients to ensure that the
strategy and business objectives of the Clients and the Bank are
achieved.
• Assists in ensuring that the portfolio’s contribution
to the Bank’s profitability meets and exceed set targets and that the
Bank’s asset and liability base as per budgetary targets is improved
significantly.
• Collates customer produced financial
information.
• Analyses historic and projected financial
information to identify key issues and monitor compliance with
covenants and terms prior to discussing with Relationship
Manager.
• Assists with creation of Credit Applications.
