Full Job Description
o To serve as in-house consultant on Learning and Capability
Development issues
o Will work closely with the
Branch leadership in identifying learning needs, coming up with
interventions to bridge the gaps, facilitating the processes to close
the gaps and evaluating the impact of same on the business.
o To regularly provide feedback and recommendation to the
Branch Leadership on challenges identified during field accompaniments
(market visit).
o Regional Training Manager is
responsible for preparation & implementation training programs in line
with the strategic objective of the Branch and the organization.
o Will be responsible for the meeting the recruitment
needs of the Branch and the capability development of Branch Resource
from time to time.
o responsible for overall
performance and efficient delivery of the expectation of the Branch by
both the Sales and the support team
o Will be
responsible for the meeting the recruitment needs of the Branch and
the capability development of Branch Resource from time to time.
o Assess training effectiveness through training quizzes
and feedback mechanism.
o Track record for every
activity or project for collaboration with stakeholders and timely
action.
o Report insightful analysis to the
company by best utilizing available data and information on sales
activities.
o Responsible for overall performance
and efficient delivery of the expectations of the Branch by both the
Sales and the support team.
o Track and analyze
sales performance and timely report, which support the company's
decision-making.
o Collaborate closely with other
departments such as marketing and operations to ensure that the sales
team gets the resources and support it needs to succeed.
o Must have a minimum of 2
years work experience.
o Knowledge of sales in
FMCG will be an added advantage.
o Must be willing
to travel (depending on the location).
o
Candidates must have good presentation, facilitation, and
communication skills.
o Must possess good problem
solving, analytical and creativity skills.
o Must
be able to think outside of the box, having the ability to explore and
innovate.
o Must be passionate about learning,
driving performances and adding value in a dynamic environment.
o Must be dynamic, malleable and have good relational and
interpersonal skills.
o Candidates must have the
ability to use Microsoft Office Suites & Google Tools.
Must not be more than 30 years old.
