Property Sales & Marketing Executive needed urgently

Full Job Description

Interested applicants must possess a minimum of Higher National Diploma/Degree in sales or MarketingMust have solid knowledge of office software suite(Microsoft, outlook, Excel and word)

Provide first class service to close sales and rental deals for properties made available to the company by clients and what the company already have listed. The property Sales Executive should be able to act as an intermediary between prospects properties and consulting ltd and cllents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provive guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

2.Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solution that suit them.

3. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value

4. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements)

5. Maintain and update listing of available properties and company's website.
