•       Approve construction programmes submitted by project superintendents
  
•       Approves and manages the construction programme
  
•      Approves the resources needed for projects
  
•     Assembles all the resources needed for a project.
  
•     Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  
•     Develop programme schedule for large projects
  
•     Develops deliverable milestones
  
•     Ensures that construction projects and personnel are adequately resourced.
  
•     fully responsible for completing projects on time
  
•     fully responsible for maintaining safety standards during construction projects.
  
•     Lead the team in Planning construction projects.
  
•     Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  
• 5 years of project management and related experience
  
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  
• Excellent analytical skills
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
