Key Expectations

As a Performance Monitoring Engineer - Products and Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

1.  Continuous monitoring of all products and services to ensure their uptime and optimal functionality.
2. Proactively detecting any anomalies in their performance.
3. Assisting in the resolution of product issues.
4. Generating comprehensive performance reports on our Products and Services.
5. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to guarantee the reliability of our products and services in production environments.

How Your Success Will Be Evaluated

Your success in this role will be evaluated based on:

1.  Consistent uptime and optimal behavior of our products and services.
2. Timely resolution of issues.
3. Accurate and insightful performance reports that drive improvements.
4. Effective collaboration with internal and external teams.

Who You Will Work With:

You will collaborate closely with internal teams responsible for product development, operations, and large volume integrations.

Requirements for the Role:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in performance monitoring of products and services or a similar role within the technology industry
3. Strong understanding of monitoring tools and techniques for products and services.
4. Experience with observability platforms like New Relic, Data Dog etc.
5. Experience with metrics and monitoring systems such as Grafana, Nagios, StatsD, etc.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address technical issues efficiently.
7. Proficiency in generating and analyzing performance reports.
8. Strong teamwork and communication skills for collaborating effectively with internal and external 
9. teams.
