• One (1) year experience in a similar/related role is an advantage.• Must have excellent people management skills, leadership skills, problem solving and presentation skills.• Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.• Must be able to work efficiently under pressure and be willing to work for extended hours.Job Purpose
Acts as a liaison between Hotjobs Africa
and the client and supervise all the outsourced labour for smooth
operations on site.
Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure timely
recruitment of the required number of employees as requested by
client.
2. Ensure PDF forms are fully and accurately completed,
and personnel details forwarded to the Accounts department
accordingly.
3. Shall be responsible for personnel discipline on
site; punctuality, attendance, performance, conducts of
employees.
4. Organize periodic meetings with employees to address
their concerns and trainings when the need arises.
5. Shall be
responsible for personnel shift system to ensure smooth running of
operations on daily and weekly basis.
6. In charge of compiling
and reconciling employees' attendance data on daily, weekly and
monthly basis and submit the accurate data to the Accounts team for
processing.
7. Shall ensure that their weekly and monthly invoices
are submitted on time and to the right representatives of the
client.
8. Must follow up with the client to ensure full and
timely payment of our invoices and ensure all applicable Withholding
tax certificates are collected and submitted to the account's
office.
9. Shall promote the good image of the Hotjobs Africa
brand and ensure total lockdown of your site.
10. Manage and keep
proper records of all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for your
site.
11. Perform other duties that may be assigned by your
supervisor.
