KeyResponsibilities:

1. Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
   
2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational processes and productivity.
   
3. Managing a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
   
4. Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall business performance.
   
5. Monitoring performance metrics and implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve company goals.
   
6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
   

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
   
2. Proven experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
   
3. Strong knowledge of production processes and management.
   
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
   
5. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
   
6. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
   
7. Strongleadership skills, with a culture of humility, eagerness to learn, and growth orientation.
