Full Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).Proven experience (X years) in marketing and events coordination, preferably within the education sector.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative marketing campaigns.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Knowledge of the local education landscape and community preferences is a plus.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team at Healthy Mind School. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a vibrant personality, and a keen understanding of effective marketing strategies. As the Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and executing marketing events on our school premises, targeting specific groups, and implementing various strategies to enhance student registrations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive student enrollments and increase the school's visibility in the community.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging marketing events within the school premises, targeting different audience segments.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content, to effectively communicate the school's offerings and values.

  • Utilize various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to promote school programs, events, and achievements.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, generating reports on key metrics and suggesting improvements for future initiatives.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for differentiation.

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and educational partners to expand the school's network and reach.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the school's reputation and values through interactions with stakeholders and the community.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and events coordination to ensure the school remains competitive.
