Manager, Sales Excellence and Analytics
About the job
Hapag-Lloyd Ghana is recruiting a
Manager, Sales Excellence and Analytics who will: ensure Area delivery
of volume target through sales target setting and opportunity
management (via and other analytic tools provided by the company), act
as an enabler of Sales Execution and Sales Business Development across
the area, ensure the delivery of volume targets for the different
Customer Segments as and oversee the Area Sales support function and
ensure continuous improvement of sales processes.
Your
responsibility
Drive target setting and performance
across all segments (Global, Key, Core & Reefers) within the Area not
limited to coordinating the budget planning process within the Area
and with the Steering Teams & Trade Management Develop
customer centric dashboards to track key metrics and provide segment
specific performance analysis. Drive and support key sales
target setting and implementation, set-up of related processes
(account plans, visits, portfolio coverage, opportunities, etc.)
Sales Force Opportunity Management (Module and process owner)
Manages business intelligence (Sales campaign effectiveness
etc.) Responsible for overseeing the coordination of
relevant sales matters related to the different verticals with
regional sales. Drive the highest levels of quality towards
our customers through our sales processes, be customer-oriented and
create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd
Ensure Sales Meeting cadence (as per CXS) is adhered to in the area.
Rollout relevant Sales Trainings (in coordination with
BSD/HR), example; Commercial Academy, Sales soft skill & product
trainings, core selling and value selling, available tools (e.g. QV,
Salesforce and others), etc. Your profile
University Degree in Business Administration. Minimum
5-7-years’ experience Shipping, Supply Chain & Liner Industry
Good understanding of sales processes Strong
analytical skills Proficient in Microsoft excel and
PowerPoint advanced features. Knowledge about Sales
related tools, example Sales Force, sales related QV, etc.
Versatile communication skills Able to create/conduct
presentations and trainings. Result driven team player with
a proactive attitude. Experience in front line sales
activities, is an added advantage. Able to connect and
drive results with functional teams virtually. We Offer
