Job Description

Our client is a leading plastic and beverage manufacturing company based in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in administering and controlling entitlements of contractors, part-time and full-time staffs.

Assist in providing direction to the HR on interpretation and application of policies, regulations and rules and regulations in Ghana.

Support in developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels.

Assist the HR in reviewing policies, procedures and recommend changes as required,

Complete control , guidance and strategy implementation for all security related issues in the plant to ensure smooth running of factory and no theft.

Assist in ensuring the personnel policy is understood by respective staff.

Travel to Company's operational sites and regions to assist the training of contractors and sub awardees in financial management and administration and to perform financial/compliance reviews of projects.

Scrap procuring and delivery up to site including handling within the factory.

Management of residential canteen including budgeting, grievance and others issues.

Follow up for Vehicle maintenance and transport management which includes repair status, parts procurements, arrangement of substitute vehicle to avoid stopping work, etc.

Other than above, any tasks allocated by the company.

Key Skills:

Any graduate having 5-6 years of experience into managing HR and Admin for a manufacturing company preferred in Africa.
