Hiring Process

• Applicants will be required to complete a coding assessment to understand their existing strengths in coding to assist them in the training programme. 

• Candidates will enrol in a self-paced online training for approximately one (1) to three (3) months, and in addition, complete a coding project. Selection into the programme will be based on the quality of the submitted project. Successful candidates will be offered a position as National Service Personnel to join AmaliTech from our Kumasi, Accra or Takoradi office. 

• At the end of the national service year, successful NSPs will have the opportunity to join us on a career journey.

Who Qualifies

This training is targeted at final-year undergraduates completing their studies this year, 2024, and eligible to be enrolled for 2024/2025 National Service, and available to begin the free, online, and instructor-support training programme. 

Your Background

Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or programming (coding) related backgrounds.

Interest

You are keen on computer programming, software development & engineering.
