Hiring Process
Applicants will be required to complete a coding assessment to understand their existing strengths in coding to assist them in the training programme.
Candidates will enrol in a self-paced online training for approximately one (1) to three (3) months, and in addition, complete a coding project. Selection into the programme will be based on the quality of the submitted project. Successful candidates will be offered a position as National Service Personnel to join AmaliTech from our Kumasi, Accra or Takoradi office.
At the end of the national service year, successful NSPs will have the opportunity to join us on a career journey.
Qualifications
Who Qualifies
This training is targeted at final-year undergraduates completing their studies this year, 2024, and eligible to be enrolled for 2024/2025 National Service, and available to begin the free, online, and instructor-support training programme.
Your Background
Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or programming (coding) related backgrounds.
Interest
You are keen on computer programming, software development & engineering.
