REQUIREMENTS1. Language: English (compulsory) preferably with a African Accent. Knowledge of local languages is preferred. 2. Education: Bachelors degree in science or equivalent. 3. Experience: 5-7 years proven experience as a tele caller or sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry.4. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and therapy management, e.g. diabetes would be beneficial. 5. Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken (African accent) and written English. Knowledge of additional local languages is preferred.6. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to effectively influence potential customers.7. Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 8. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 9. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.10. A positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-centric approach to build long lasting relationships.As a Sales Tele Caller in the Diabetes Segment of the pharmaceutical industry, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell diabetes-related pharmaceutical products. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Nature of Job: Work from Home, Full time, Travel as required.
