The Client Research/Data Analytics
Lead is responsible for supervising, coordinating and collating
the media monitoring and audience measurement data from the various
platforms of the company. He/she also selects the appropriate research
methodology and supporting techniques to meet defined business
objectives. The CR/DA Manager develops and assists in the development
of the research instrument and programming on the various data
collection and management platforms. The CR/DA Lead works closely with
clients, vendors or research admins to ensure the successful execution
of the projects and deliverables. Upon completion, the DAL reviews the
collected data, authors reports and makes business-oriented
recommendations to the sponsoring client.
Responsibilities:
Communicates with clients to understand and document their business objectives
Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques
Designing qualitative and quantitative collation strategies and
programs for implementation on the company's data platforms
Designing research questionnaires and moderator guides for market research
Working with clients to achieve market research objectives and
deliverables.
Interpreting data, writing reports, and making actionable
recommendations
Requirements
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years within the consumer market research and analytics industry
1 to 3 years of industry/sector experience
Academic and practical experience with a wide array of new
product, brand, advertising and customer satisfaction research methodologies
Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and
analysis
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS/SAS
Bachelors or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the
sciences
