Skills Provision is searching for a Construction Director for a
services company in Africa.
About the Company: Our talented

construction projects, catering to each client’s unique needs. We
provide services such as program and construction management and
owner’s representation throughout Ghana.

GHS 105,000 p/a Comprehensive benefits
package available The Role
Client
liaison and management. Responsible for overseeing
construction delivery by major contractors. Lead the
implementation and oversight of the safety program. Lead
the implementation and oversight of the Sustainability Vision and
create a work environment where Sustainability & Innovation
initiatives are a daily activity. Ownership and
implementation of the project vision and, responsible for updating and
communicating to the project team and obtaining management, support,
and approval Accountable for the project financial
operating performance, including occupancy, operating expenses, net
operating income. Responsible for overseeing year planning,
and all other aspects of the project both financially and technically
Creation of a working environment where teamwork is a top
priority. Develop & maintain a communications plan for all
project stakeholders and regularly update in conjunction with the
project team and the client Commercial understanding and
administration of the project operating and legal documents.
Production of project reports including monthly and quarterly
reports. Requirements
Degree holder,
preferably Masters 10 years plus experience in project
management Other formal qualifications are desirable
A natural leader that inspires confidence An
inspirational character A strong and demanding persona that
sets the bar high for all employees Experienced in project
management finances Excellent at report writing
Multi-lingual would be desirable Strong IT user skills
