Business Development Executive (Accounting and IT)

Full Job Description

We are seeking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Accounting and IT sector. The Business Development Executive will also manage client accounts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in the Accounting and IT sector and develop strategies to attract new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Meeting with potential customers to present company’s products and negotiate business deals. 
• Form partnerships with vendor and individual as resellers and channel partners to drive sales
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demomstations to prospective clients.
• Ensure that the company meets its revenue target.
• Conducting market research to identify new  business opportunities .
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Advanced organizational and time management abilities.
• Creativity and problem - solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point and CRM software.
• Knowledge in the Accounting and IT sector is a plus.

Proposed Net Salary:  GHS 3000-3500

Place of Work: Agbogba
